Motivation!
I'm feeling chatty. Feel free to ignore this top part |D

So I'm in a class called Successful Strategies. In reviewing material for the exam I was reminded why I used to work as hard as I did and why I miss it so much. Feeling like you're getting shit done and moving up in the world is a great feeling - though technically I hadn't moved up far, at the time I accomplished something most my age hadn't. I was 18, fresh out of highschool and had been living on my own since I had graduated. (Though I moved out at 17, I lived with a friend until I graduated). So at 18, I held 2 jobs (at one time 3) and still managed to come home and enjoy myself with a clean (though disorganized with all my artwork) apartment to roleplay and work on art and still not suffer. Sure, I had no real social life but I never wanted one at the time (everyone I knew were potheads and people who really made me want to kick down the street |D). Point is I lasted over a year living 100% on my own, something a lot of people I have been told can't do.

I slowed down over the years, and I think I know why; an inner form of depression I couldn't get rid of; that and self doubt: a lot of it. I still hold much of the self-doubt but after the incident at school (Though an accident: 700 point project got corrupt int he file transfer, I didn't find out until -after- the due date so it's a 0 lol -shot-) even though not my fault I feel horrible still even a month after the cause.

Either way: My point is after that little ramble is I'm ready to pick myself back up again. I've found some interesting techniques with my art - and I still want to be a comic artist (though not as a main profession. I'm a masochist but I'm not suicidal, thanks!) So I found myself a great hobby in doing on the side, as well as catching myself up with DaACADEMY. Feeling very motivated and -happy- again, well... it's refreshing after so long. So, expect some things, hopefully some serious ass busting on artwork while I'm still trying to get a stupid job |D!

(And there's those of you who read this who will say this: I'm aware I seem happy. I try not to let my real life effect my online interaction ^.^ It's an escape, as they say~)
